About the Role

As the Civil Construction Manager you will be responsible for the construction of mobile phone tower foundations, collaborating with project managers and engineers, resolving technical issues, organizing logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage site construction for mobile phone tower foundations, ranging from simple street-side cabinets and poles to large piles and caps that can reach depths of 17 meters with a 5x5 meter cap on top.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful site delivery.
• Resolve technical and operational issues related to services, ground conditions, site layout, and boundaries.
• Read and interpret construction plans to implement projects effectively.
• Organize and coordinate material orders, subcontractors, traffic management, and all aspects of project execution.
• Maintain clear communication through emails and Teams meetings, and manage health and safety documentation.
• Prepare and submit As-built diagrams for project sign-off.

About You

• Proven experience in managing construction teams, with a background in hands-on roles preferred.
• Formal civil qualifications are highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging site issues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in computer applications, including email, Teams, and health and safety documentation.
• A people person with strong leadership capabilities.
• Self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
