Our client, a leading global door manufacturer is looking for a customer-oriented, experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join the team!

If you love helping people and are customer-centric, we want to meet you! As a Customer Service Representative you have to be able to put yourself in the customers' shoes and remain helpful, patient, positive and cheerful. 

Trade or Build background would be an advantageous. 
  
Key objectives/responsibilities of the role:

• Preparation of quotations and pricing proposals 
• Promote the company's products and services 
• Deliver high quality service by ensuring client product orders are effectively manage
• Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone, email and text
• Resolve all inbound and outbound support requests per established guidelines.
• Data Entry and effective documentation management

Skills required:

• Computer knowledge - Epicor or similar would be an advantage
• Trade or Building background
• Min 5 years in customer service
• understanding a clients needs and making recommendations on appropriate solutions
