The work

Depending on the project and your experience, your responsibilities could include:
• Coordinating daily site activities, subcontractors, deliveries and resources.
• Managing short-term programmes and keeping work moving against key milestones.
• Maintaining safety, quality and site documentation.
• Working closely with the Project Manager, consultants and trade teams to resolve issues.
• Supporting site staff and maintaining clear communication through to handover.

What you’ll bring

You’ll have experience managing building construction sites, with the confidence to coordinate trades, read plans and address problems early. Commercial project experience is particularly relevant, and we’d also welcome conversations with candidates from retirement village, apartment or substantial residential backgrounds.

A trade or construction qualification is useful, alongside practical leadership, sound planning and a collaborative approach.

Indicative base salaries are $120,000–$150,000, with the final package depending on the employer, role and experience.
