The Role You'll join a high-performing commercial team delivering major civil infrastructure projects, taking ownership of the commercial and contractual performance of projects from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cost planning, forecasting and financial reporting
• Procurement and subcontractor management
• Contract administration and commercial negotiations
• Managing project budgets and cash flow
• Working closely with project delivery teams to maximise project outcomes

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a civil or infrastructure contractor
• Commercial building Senior QSs with strong main contractor experience are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent contract administration and commercial management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Keen to relocate to Ireland and take the next step in your career
