We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded commercial interiors contractor known for delivering exceptional workplace, hospitality, education and commercial fit-out projects across Auckland. Their reputation has been built on quality workmanship, long-standing client relationships and a collaborative team culture.

With a strong pipeline of negotiated work secured well into the future, they're looking for an experienced Commercial Project Manager to help deliver projects that set the benchmark for quality and innovation.

What you'll be doing

• Lead commercial interiors and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Drive project programmes, budgets and overall delivery performance
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams
• Build lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Identify risks early and proactively implement solutions
• Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to the highest quality standards
• Collaborate closely with Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers and senior leadership
• Champion exceptional communication throughout every stage of delivery

What we're looking for

• Proven experience delivering commercial interiors, fit-out or refurbishment projects
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methodologies
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Commercially astute with strong budgeting and programme management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence
