Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Act as the civil lead for the Bay of Plenty, reviewing designs and mentoring local staff.
• Project Management: Oversee diverse civil projects from inception to delivery across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Design Scope: Lead hands-on design and reviews for:
• Land development & subdivisions (small to large scale)
• Three Waters & Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD)
• Roading, pavement, and retaining structures (MSE walls)
• Coastal/marine structures & construction verification
• Client Management: Cultivate regional client relationships and drive growth.

Your Profile

• Qualification: BE Civil with 7+ years of NZ consultancy experience.
• Status: CPEng preferred (or well-advanced in the application process).
• Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D; proven capability or strong desire to mentor a team.
• Attributes: Client-focused, commercially aware, and proactive.
• Work Rights: Must hold permanent NZ working rights.
