We are working with a leading main contractor (nationally recognised for delivering high-quality commercial projects) to appoint an experienced Building Services Manager.

This is a key role within the project delivery team, responsible for managing all mechanical, electrical, fire and plumbing services from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
You will work closely with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure building services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination, installation, and commissioning of all services
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring programme, quality, and budget targets are met
• Review design documentation and provide buildability input
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and compliance processes
• Ensure health & safety standards are upheld across all services works
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout delivery

About You

• Proven experience in a Building Services Manager role within construction
• Strong understanding of all services systems
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractor packages
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience on commercial or large-scale construction projects is advantageous
