Job Description:
We are working with a well-established North Shore based main contractor who is continuing to grow and secure a strong pipeline of commercial projects.
They are now looking for a Site Coordinator to support their Site Managers across live projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations and project delivery.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience looking to step up and develop their career within a supportive and professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Site Manager with daily site coordination and operations
• Assist with subcontractor management and site scheduling
• Ensure materials, labour, and equipment are organised and on site
• Maintain site documentation and reporting
• Assist with Health & Safety compliance and site standards
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
About You:
• 1–2 years’ experience as a Site Coordinator or Junior Site Manager with a main contractor
• Exposure to commercial construction projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
• Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn
• Basic understanding of construction processes and H&S requirements
What’s on Offer:
