We’re currently seeking experienced Industrial Electricians from Auckland for a 2-year placement with our client, a well-established Northern Ireland–based company specialising in industrial automation and control systems.

The role includes a mix of work at the company’s headquarters and travelling to industrial sites, supporting projects across manufacturing, processing, renewables, and water treatment.

This is a strong opportunity for Kiwi Electricians looking to gain international experience, develop automation-focused skills, and work within a high-quality industrial environment.

The Job

• Industrial projects across UK and occasionally elsewhere!
• Installation, commissioning, maintenance and upgrades of control systems
• Work in sectors such as manufacturing, food processing, recycling, renewables, quarrying, and water treatment
• Electrical control panels, fault-finding, modifications and system testing
• Lead safe working practices and support less experienced team members

Experience We Need

• NZ Electrical License
• Time-served as an industrial electrician with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
• Capable of working on electrical control systems independently
• Good communication with colleagues and clients
• Reliable, tidy, and safety-minded
• Full driver’s licence
• Experience with control panels, automation systems, or industrial sites is a bonus
• Also a bonus if you're good at Rugby!
