Foreman Drainlayer – Contract with Permanent Opportunity North Shore / Dairy Flat
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Foreman Drainlayer to join a growing residential drainage business. This role will start on a contract basis, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right person.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can work independently, lead from the front, and isn’t afraid of getting stuck in when required.
About the role
You’ll be working across residential drainage projects, including:
• Septic tank installations
• House drainage
• Water tank installs
• General residential drainage works
The yard is based in Dairy Flat, with most work across the North Shore and surrounding areas.
What we’re looking for
• Proven residential drainage experience (essential)
• Ability to work independently and run jobs
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on site work
• Ideally North Shore based or able to travel to Dairy Flat
• Forward-thinking, with management experience or leadership potential
• Reliable, motivated, and keen to grow with a business long term
