Site Engineer - Lead Sustainable Streetscape & Landscape Works
Location: Avondale, West Auckland
Project Duration: 2 years (with future pipeline of work)
Join an award-winning main contractor on one of West Auckland's most significant urban regeneration projects — Te Hono, a 5 Green Star-rated community hub, library, and town square.
About the Role
As Site Engineer, you'll take ownership of the streetscape and landscaping components of this landmark project, including:

• Smart irrigation systems
• Rainwater harvesting and water storage
• Extensive native plantings and tree installations

You'll report to the Project Manager and lead a team of 20+ subcontractors across various stages of the build.

We're seeking someone with:

• A degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience in streetscape, landscape, or civil infrastructure projects
