We’re seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join a nationwide interior fit-out project spanning Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin.
The project commences in late November 2025 and runs through to 11 February 2026, with all five sites being delivered under a cost-reimbursement contract.
You’ll be based in the Wellington office throughout the project, responsible for cost tracking, subcontractor engagement, claims management, and variation pricing. This role suits a commercially minded professional who can manage both numbers and relationships while ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cost tracking and reporting under a cost-reimbursement contract
• Engage and coordinate subcontractors nationally
• Prepare and monitor claims, variations, and cost summaries
• Maintain contact lists and communication across all sites
• Ensure project delivery timelines and budgets are met

About You:

• Experienced QS or PM with proven fit-out or interiors background
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Confident engaging sub-trades and managing project costs
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Up to $90 per hour (depending on experience)
