We’re working with a well-established residential construction company recognised for delivering high-quality, architecturally designed homes across New Zealand. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for craftsmanship and reliability, they’re now seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major new development in South Auckland.

Take full ownership of a 40+ unit residential development in Manurewa, managing all aspects from planning and programming through to completion. You’ll lead site teams, oversee budgets and timelines, and ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in NZ construction
• Strong background in residential builds; multi-unit or commercial experience is a plus
• Skilled in programme, budget, and compliance management
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Excellent client and stakeholder communication
• Relevant trade or tertiary construction qualification preferred
