As the Team Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing a range of building surveying services, including:

• Technical building inspections and defect analysis
• Dilapidation reports, condition surveys, and reinstatement cost assessments
• Project management of remedial works and refurbishments
• Client advisory on compliance, maintenance, and asset management
• Mentoring junior surveyors and managing workflow

You'll work closely with clients across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and technical excellence.

• MRICS or NZIBS Chartered status (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in building surveying across a range of property types
• Strong technical report writing and analytical skills
• Confident communicator with leadership potential or experience
• Passionate about mentoring and developing others
• Based in or willing to relocate to Auckland
