About the Opportunity
We’re working with multiple reputable construction firms in the Queenstown-Lakes District who are actively looking for qualified Builders and experienced Carpenters. Projects range from bespoke architectural homes through to key commercial developments, offering a mix of long-term, well-managed work across the region.

Projects Include

• Accommodation complex
• Multi-Story Commercial build 
• Education Block 
• Architectural residential builds
• Values: $5-25M

Rates & Benefits

• Permanent hourly rate: $43 – $47/hr (based on experience/role)
• Contractor rates: $52 – $58/hr
• Long-term projects and consistent work pipelines
• Supportive crews and professionally run sites
• Relocation support or short-term accommodation options (project & client/dependent)

What We’re Looking For

• Trade-qualified Carpenters or Licensed Builders
• Proven experience in either commercial or high-end residential work
• Ability to read and interpret plans, work to a high standard, and meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication
• Site safe (or willing to obtain)
• Own tools
