Our Client:

We’re looking for a capable and driven Client-Side Project Manager to join a boutique consultancy specialising in commercial fitouts. This team also delivers a wide variety of projects nationwide—from data centres to banks, labs, and more.

The Role:

This position offers a unique mix of project management (40%) and quantity surveying (60%) responsibilities, with flexibility depending on your experience. You’ll manage your own projects while also supporting the Head of Projects, gaining hands-on exposure to all phases of delivery.

The Expectations & Experience Needed:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar
• 3+ years in project management (preferably client-side in commercial interiors)
• Strong understanding of NZ construction contracts (e.g., NZS:3910, CCCS)
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Excel, Bluebeam, and ideally Procore
• Confident managing budgets, contracts, and project timelines
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Organised, proactive, and eager to grow professionally in a supportive environment
