A well-established nationwide leader in painting, maintenance, and refurbishment services is expanding into Taranaki. We're looking for a self-motivated Sales professional to drive that growth. The company works with body corporates, industrial clients, schools, and commercial property managers, delivering high-quality, long-term solutions across New Zealand.

The Role

This newly created, fully remote role offers a unique opportunity to lead a national company’s expansion into Taranaki. You’ll build local client relationships, drive growth, and establish a strong regional presence. As the business grows, you’ll have the chance to build a local team and set up an office, shaping long-term success in the region.

The Expectations & Experience Needed

• Be self-motivated, hungry, proactive and disciplined as this as this role is fully remote and requires a hunter mindset
• Ideally New Plymouth based 
• Have a proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in construction, trade, or property services.
• Be confident in cold calling and building relationships from scratch
• Have experience working with body corporates, industrial clients, or schools (preferred but not essential)
• Take pride in your work, be passionate, and genuinely care about delivering quality service.
