About the Role:
I am on the hunt for an experienced Service Team Leader to join our clients growing Brisbane team.
In this role, you’ll be leading a group of HVAC technicians, managing day-to-day service operations, and making sure the team deliver high-quality work for their clients.
Working closely with the Service Manager, you'll help drive strong team performance and keep projects running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, coordinate, and support a team of HVAC technicians.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage service scheduling, safety compliance, and job quality.
- Assist with quoting and operational planning.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Keep track of team performance and key job targets.
What You’ll Bring: - Trade qualified in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
- Previous experience leading a team within the HVAC or Building Services industry.
- Good technical understanding of commercial air conditioning systems, including Central Plant.
- Confident working independently and organising day-to-day operations.
- Safety-focused, strong eye for detail, great communication and leadership skills.
- Able to scope, quote and manage small works.
