M&E Supervisor
£55,000 + no callout + pension scheme + private medical insurance 
  
A leading, privately owned, reputable FM provider is looking for an experienced M&E Supervisor for a high-profile commercial office in Moorgate. The position will involve direct supervision of a small on-site engineering team, ensuring all building systems operate efficiently and in full compliance with statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance for all M&E systems, including HVAC, lighting, power, BMS, and life safety equipment.
• Supervise on-site engineers, allocate workloads, and monitor performance.
• Liaise with the client’s facilities representatives, provide technical support, and coordinate subcontractors as required.
• Maintain accurate records of works, inspections, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practice.

Requirements

• Recognised electrical or mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Proven supervisory experience within commercial building services.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and fault-finding methods.
• Ability to produce accurate documentation and reports.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and computerised maintenance systems.
