A leading FM provider are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join the on-site team at a leading life sciences facility near Horsham. You’ll be part of a dedicated engineering team responsible for keeping the building’s essential systems running smoothly — from heating and ventilation to pumps and mechanical plant.
Duties:

• Carrying out routine PPMs and reactive maintenance 
• Looking after HVAC, pumps, fans, valves, and related building services
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site procedures, and maintenance documentation.
• Liaise with site contacts and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
