A large facilities management organisation is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to join their dedicated team at a flagship site in Kings Cross. Based at the headquarters of a leading technology company, this pivotal role offers you the opportunity to lead and coordinate a team of engineers while ensuring the smooth running of all landlord electrical and mechanical maintenance services across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of Shift Engineers, providing guidance, support, and performance management during your shift.
• Coordinate and prioritise planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive maintenance tasks to maximise site reliability.
• Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, generators, pumps, motors, and emergency lighting, are maintained to the highest standards.
• Monitor building management systems (BMS) and site operations to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Respond decisively to emergency breakdowns and coordinate rapid repair efforts to minimise operational impact.
• Maintain accurate records, shift reports, and handover documentation, ensuring clear communication between shifts.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and company policies
