Building Services Engineer
£50,000 + excellent career pathways and training 

We are working on behalf of a leading contractor who has recently secured the MEP package for a premium office development in the heart of Mayfair. As part of the mobilisation for this high-specification project, we are recruiting an experienced and highly skilled Building Services Engineer to join the site-based operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, boilers, pumps, lighting, BMS, and water/drainage systems.
• Conduct fault-finding, diagnostics, and minor installation works.
• Support building compliance through accurate record-keeping, routine inspections, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Manage plant operations including start-up/shutdown procedures, emergency interventions, and changeovers.
• Liaise closely with contract managers, technical supervisors, sub-contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.

• City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering (required)
• 18th Edition I.E.E. Wiring Regulations (required)
• PASMA and IPAF (1b/3a/3b) certification (required)
