£70,000 - £75,000+ £5000 Car allowance + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational service delivery, including financial performance (P&L), compliance, and risk management.
• Drive the fulfillment of contractual commitments and provide insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee internal reporting processes and present updates to senior leadership.
• Evaluate and implement service proposals, identifying opportunities to improve financial, personnel, and operational performance.
• Align contract goals with the organization’s strategic objectives, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
• Implement effective succession planning and foster team development.
• Ensure organizational policies and processes are effectively communicated and applied, with a strong focus on quality, health, safety, well-being, and diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with executive teams to identify new opportunities for service delivery and business growth.
• Manage and engage a preferred supply chain to deliver seamless services.
• Establish and implement strategic visions that enhance the workplace experience.
• Oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring successful execution.
• Proactively manage risks and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
