Mobile Maintenance Electrician
£40,000 + door to door + van and fuel card 

A leading facilities management (FM) provider is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join their team. This is a mobile role covering 5 commercial sites across Bristol, Southampton, Crawley, Enfield, and bow offering job stability, career growth, and a varied day-to-day environment.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will carry out a range of electrical maintenance tasks, including both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive work. You'll be responsible for ensuring systems remain compliant, operational, and safe across multiple client sites.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Respond to breakdown maintenance requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks to a consistently high standard.
• Test and diagnose issues related to power quality.
• Perform scheduled emergency lighting tests.
• Interpret technical drawings, instructions, processes, and operation & maintenance manuals (O&M’s).
• Complete system upgrades and installation work as required.
• Liaise with sub-contractors for repair works and ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor and assess environmental conditions, including the operational status and load levels of critical equipment.
• Identify root causes of faults and implement corrective actions to restore functionality and prevent recurrence.
• Accurately complete and maintain site logs and associated documentation.
• Perform other duties as required to support the maintenance function
