Building Services Engineer 
Salary up to £44,000 +private healthcare + allocated personal training budget for career development + companywide bonus scheme

A leading FM provider are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer to oversee one of their sites on a flagship contract.  You'll be overseeing the landlord services for a commercial building in the Soho area.  We're looking for Engineers with experience in M&E Maintenance with good client facing skills, and a good attitude who can work efficiently on their own.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance needs.
• Service and repair equipment, including pumps, motors, HVAC systems, FCUs, AHUs, and other building services.
• Work across multiple sites, ensuring efficient maintenance operations.
• Fault finding
