Mobile Building Services Engineer 
£40,000 - £44,000 + van & fuel card + private healthcare + allocated personal training budget for career development + companywide bonus scheme 

An SME based in South East London are looking for a Mechanically bias Building Services Engineer to join their mobile division covering a portfolio of commercial sites within the M25.  You'll be joining a company committed to career development with a low attrition rate, reflected by a number of long standing employees. Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance needs.
• Service and repair equipment, including pumps, motors, HVAC systems, FCUs, AHUs, and other building services.
• Work across multiple sites, ensuring efficient maintenance operations.
• Fault finding

Previous experience in the building services is preferred with a qualification in the mechanical field.
