Engineer (Marine Background) - Building Services
Salary between £40,000 - £45,000 + overtime + career progression + excellent training 

Are you an experienced Marine Engineer looking for a stable career with plenty of progression? We are seeking an Engineer with a marine background to apply their technical expertise in a building services maintenance role. This is an excellent opportunity to transfer your skills in HVAC, pumps, piping, and mechanical systems to the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, boilers, chillers, and ventilation systems
• Work with facilities teams to ensure efficient system operation and performance
• Support energy efficiency improvements and compliance with safety standards
• Adapt marine engineering expertise to building services maintenance tasks

Key Requirements:

• Background in Marine, Mechanical, or Facilities Maintenance Engineering
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, piping, pumps, and mechanical systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
