A Building Services SME are on the lookout for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to work across a portfolio of commercial sites in the Bristol area. You'll be working for a company renowned for innovation, strong client relationships, with award winning building services technology at their disposal.  This is a great opportunity for any Engineer looking to develop their skillset and progress their career. 

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance services to ensure our clients’ buildings are operating at peak performance. You will represent the company on-site, liaise with clients, and take ownership of assigned tasks while upholding health and safety standards.

Duties:

• Maintain and tidy plant rooms and equipment in modern, high-standard office buildings.
• Clean and paint equipment and plant room floors.
• Perform chemical cleaning of equipment using high-pressure jet washers.
• Deliver spare parts to sites.
• Conduct basic building maintenance tasks, including meter readings and tap temperature checks.
• Assist Building Services Technicians with various tasks.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth business operations.
• Organize work efficiently and contribute effectively within a team
• Attend sites punctually, wearing appropriate PPE and issued clothing.
• Submit clear, concise, and accurate work reports with recommendations for further tasks.
• Submit weekly accurate timesheets.
• Provide job progress updates to Contracts Managers
