A Building Services SME are on the lookout for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to work across a portfolio of commercial sites in the Bristol area. You'll be working for a company renowned for innovation, strong client relationships, with award winning building services technology at their disposal.  This is a great opportunity for any Engineer looking to develop their skillset and progress their career. 

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance services to ensure our clients’ buildings are operating at peak performance. You will represent the company on-site, liaise with clients, and take ownership of assigned tasks while upholding health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, AHUs, boilers, pumps, lighting, and power distribution.
• Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring minimum disruption to operations.
• Carry out inspections, servicing, and testing of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Conduct general building fabric maintenance, including minor plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Ensure all works are completed in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete detailed reports for all work undertaken.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and site contacts.

• Proven experience as a mobile maintenance engineer or in a similar M&E role.
• Recognized qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering, such as NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, AHUs, pumps, boilers, electrical installations, and general building services.
• Full UK driving license (essential).
