Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and building fabric.
• Diagnose and repair faults in building systems to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while on-site.
• Manage your workload effectively to ensure SLA and KPI targets are met.
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including service reports and logs.
