Mobile M&E Supervisor 
Up to £50,000 + Van and Fuel Card 

A large M&E sub contractor are looking for a Mobile Supervisor to oversee a number of sites in the London and Essex area.  These sites will include a range of commercial environments such as Casino's, Hotels, Offices etc. with the main responsibilities of the role being pricing up different types of work and continuing to deliver an exceptional maintenance service.  You'll be working for a progressive company with excellent career pathways and a chance to grow with an ambitious organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Pricing and Quoting:

• Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess project scope.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for maintenance and repair work.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and present pricing proposals.

Technical Support and Supervision:

• Act as the first point of contact for technical queries and on-site challenges.
• Supervise and support field engineers to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform audits and quality checks to maintain high standards.

Client Relationships:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Address and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work, including quotes, contracts, and performance reports.
