Single Man Site Engineer
£45,000 - £50,000 + 24 days holiday + Overtime
  
A small to medium sized enterprise are currently recruiting for an M&E Engineer working on a Single Man Site carrying out the landlord services in a commercial office building. This SME is privately owned and has been around 25+ years, turning over an impressive £60million last year with the view to continue their growth this year.  This vacancy comes off the back off of a significant contract win reflecting the hard work and dedication to the team over the past year earning an excellent reputation in the market.

This role will include working on plant such as AHUs, Pumps, Generators, Cold Water Storage Tanks, LTHW, plus other general building plant.
We are looking for candidates qualified in mechanical or electrical engineering or other similar qualifications to join a fantastic engineering team.
