A leading FM provider, with a global presence, are currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for one of their sites based in the Newcastle area.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a talented engineering team on a well operated site which has a track record of high staff retention rates. You'll have opportunities for high quality to training and clear career progression opportunities. 

The main duties will be as follows: Carry out Electrical maintenance and repair works as requested and directed by the Electrical Team Leader/Maintenance Supervisor/Manager. The types of equipment you'll be using will include Electrical infrastructure, Lighting, Fire Alarms, Motor controls, telephone and IT data systems, pumps, BMS, Compressed Air, Chilled water, Steam boilers, their operation and any planned or corrective maintenance that needs to be carried out.
