A leading FM organisation is looking for a Fabric Supervisor to oversee a team of engineers, including locksmiths and carpenters, delivering a range of maintenance services on a high-profile contract in the Holborn area.   Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of engineers, locksmiths, and carpenters, assigning tasks and managing their performance.
• Ensure the delivery of planned and reactive building maintenance, including repairs, fixtures and fittings, and general building upkeep.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and client standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures, conducting risk assessments and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client on all fabric-related matters, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support the development of team members.

• Proven experience in building fabric maintenance, with a strong background in carpentry, locksmithing, or general building services.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in the Facilities Management sector is desirable.
