The Role
We are seeking expressions of interest from Melbourne based HR Business Partners who are interested in interim, contract or consulting gigs.

Contracting or consulting for the first time can be daunting but with the support from shilo. we can help you find the engagements that suit your strengths and interests.
Generalist experience is a must, especially with some good case management or ER.
You must be able to accommodate full time contracts or a minimum of three days a week. Our Clients are located all across Australia, but we currently have significant demand for Melbourne based HR Generalists who are happy with hybrid working, typically a minimum 50% days in the office.
