Ideally this role will focus on recruitment of health roles and will support the white-collar recruitment requirements when workloads are high. You will have great attention to detail, the ability to think on your feet and manage your own recruitment portfolio within a faced paced environment.

Your proven history of meeting deadlines, speed to market, excellent attention to detail and ability to manage candidate databases will stand you out in the crowd. We have a great supportive team who can assist with the day-to-day admin tasks to ensure your success in this role!

Primary Purpose of the Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who can run their own '360-recruitment'. You will have at least three years’ experience in the recruitment industry including a working knowledge of government contingent labour hire processes and private client sector experience.  This role will specialise mainly in short term contract health roles, aged care and/or NDIS support worker type roles (e.g. nurses, midwives, aged care, support workers and specialist health roles).
 
Key accountabilities

• Create and post job advertisements on various job platforms.
• Evaluative candidate suitability by reviewing resumes, screening, and interview techniques.
• Referring suitable candidates to clients and scheduling interviews
• Promote business through client consultation, marketing activities and industry research.
• Proactively developing talent pools of suitably qualified candidates
• Day to day management of candidate and client data within our Applicant Tracking Software (Job Adder)
• Informing candidates of job requirements, work schedules and work conditions on commencement of employment
• Welfare checks ins on existing and newly placed candidates
• Provide consultancy to candidates on further education, training and job seeking approaches.
• Discuss and problem solve employment issues that may arise with existing clients and/or candidates.
• Conducting reference checks on candidates

 Essential Criteria

• Provent healthcare (min. 3-5 years) and white-collar recruitment experience – NSW Public and Private Sector.
• Sound understanding of requirements within the health, government, nursing, aged care and NDIS sectors.
• Experience in managing multiple recruitment within a high-volume environment.
• Sound working knowledge of best recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Detail orientated and technically savvy with proficiency in MS Office, and recruitment platforms such as Job Adder, SEEK Talent Search & Linked In is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical abilities to identify top talent and assess candidate suitability.
• A mature, self-motivated, and speed to market approach to all work activities
• Ability to work within a cohesive team environment & contribute to a positive culture and workplace environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations and business growth.
