Role Overview 
We are seeking a Digital Project Manager who thrives on organization, delivering excellence, and ensuring seamless execution of digital projects. As a skilled project manager, you’ll oversee multiple initiatives, managing budgets, timelines, and client expectations with precision. Your calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach will make you a key player in our team’s success. 
 
Key Responsibilities 

Project Management: 

• Plan, present, and manage digital projects from initiation to delivery and beyond, ensuring budgets, timelines, and expectations are met. 
• Oversee all stages of digital project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, UAT, and deployment. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project milestones. 
• Lead project kickoff meetings and weekly WIP (Work in Progress) calls with confidence, setting clear agendas and providing effective follow-ups. 
• Manage PM tools such as RISK logs, Change Request logs, and implement robust methods for handling complex projects.  

 
Team Collaboration: 

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Designers, Frontend/Backend Developers, and other project stakeholders. 
• Ensure consistent and effective communication within the team to maintain clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Actively participate in daily scrum sessions to prioritize tasks, address project issues, and ensure a seamless workflow. 

Quality and Efficiency: 

• Tailor project management tools and techniques to suit the unique needs of each project. 
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving delays or challenges while keeping stakeholders informed. 
• Effectively manage resources to maintain accurate bookings and ensure time tracking aligns with project budgets. 
• Continuously seek and implement workflow optimizations that enhance efficiency without compromising quality. 

 Problem-Solving: 

• Maintain composure under pressure, offering pragmatic and flexible solutions to challenges. 
• Independently assess issues as they arise and determine appropriate resolutions or escalation when necessary. 

Product Knowledge: 

• Understand the importance of developing your own knowledge on the HappyDance product.  
• Take part in key product meetings and attend all training sessions.

What You’ll Need to Bring 
 
The Must-Haves: 

• Proven experience managing digital projects, ideally within a digital agency or SaaS business. 
• Strong understanding of digital project lifecycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment. 
• Experience planning and executing testing and launch phases. 
• Excellent adaptability to different personalities and working styles, with a pragmatic and flexible approach. 
• Strong problem-solving skills, maintaining composure under pressure. 
• Proficiency with tools such as Forecast App, Monday.com, and the Microsoft Office suite. 
• Ability to work autonomously while building and maintaining strong team relationships. 
• Exceptional communication skills to ensure alignment across all project stages. (As a remote-first company, we value a camera-on approach to foster strong collaboration.) 

 
The Nice-to-Haves: 

• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven industries. 
• Curiosity and eagerness to develop a deep understanding of the digital project process.
