About the Role
This full-time, permanent position plays a key role in daily bulk grain handling operations. Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll help manage incoming and outgoing grain shipments while ensuring site safety and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Operate Machinery – Safely handle equipment used in grain storage and processing.
• Grain Management – Unload trucks, maintain storage facilities, and monitor grain quality.
• Tarping Operations – Secure stored grain with protective coverings.
• Weighbridge Duties – Accurately record weights for all incoming and outgoing loads.
• Site Maintenance – Keep the facility clean, safe, and running smoothly.
• Logistics Support – Manage grain storage, aeration, and load-out operations.

About You
You enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Attributes:

• Hands-On Experience – Background in farming, logistics, trades, or construction preferred.
• Strong Attention to Detail – Ability to follow processes accurately and efficiently.
• Licensing – A valid driver’s license is required.
• Physically Fit – Comfortable with manual tasks, working at heights, and confined spaces.
• Safety-Focused – Knowledge of chemical handling and working at heights is a plus.
• Adaptable & Resilient – Able to work in a dusty environment while maintaining top safety and operational standards.
