HR Coordinator – Join a Leading Australian family-owned Global FMCG in an Essential Industry

As part of the HR team, you will play a key role in maintaining workforce records, assisting with compliance, and supporting recruitment, payroll, and workplace safety initiatives. What You’ll Do

HR Administration & Compliance

• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
• Assist in preparing HR documents, including contracts and employment letters.
• Support compliance with Fair Work, NES, and WHS regulations.

General Administration & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain HR reports, workforce data, and payroll summaries.
• Coordinate meetings, HR presentations, and support key initiatives.
• Organise and maintain HR systems and confidential records.

Employee Support & HR Services

• Provide administrative assistance to the HR team and managers.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and training coordination.
• Support performance review documentation and training records.

Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Coordination

• Maintain WHS compliance records, training sessions, and safety documentation.
• Assist in coordinating safety inductions and workplace compliance checks.
• Support incident and hazard reporting processes.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

• Assist with job applications and interview scheduling.
• Prepare contracts, new starter packs, and onboarding documentation.

Payroll & Leave Management Support

• Assist in processing timesheets, leave applications, and payroll records.
• Ensure accurate updates of HR systems and employee details.

What You’ll Need Qualifications:

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in HR administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR databases.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Australian employment laws and WHS requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
