We’re looking for a proactive Safety Coordinator with a focus on fire services and risk management to join a large, successful Australian agribusiness. This full-time, permanent role is based on the stunning South Coast of NSW, offering a unique chance to enjoy lifestyle and career in one.

You'll play a key role in improving safety systems, managing fire safety protocols, and supporting a strong safety culture across a busy operational site. It’s a great opportunity to join a supportive WHS team in a company that values safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and maintain the site’s Fire Services Management Plan
• Coordinate WHS programs, audits, and safety registers (asbestos, confined spaces, safety showers, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and Australian Standards
• Support incident response, risk assessments, and safety improvements
• Work closely with teams across the site to build safety awareness

What You’ll Bring:

• Cert IV or Diploma in WHS
• Background in a trade, technical or engineering environment
• Solid knowledge of WHS laws and ISO 45001 standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on, detail-focused approach with a drive for improvement

Bonus Skills (Desirable but not essential):

• Experience with SAP, INX, Rapid Global, or Damstra
• First Aid and ISO auditing qualifications
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or TPM methodologies
