Role Description
As a Dash 8 Q400 or A220 LAME on line ops, you’ll own mechanical airworthiness at the gate: complete transit/daily checks, troubleshoot defects to the AMM/FIM/TSM, action MEL/CDL, and certify CRS. You’ll coordinate with flight crew, MCC and logistics to clear defects within operational timeframes, raise tech-log entries/work packs, and maintain tooling control and SMS discipline. Expect rotating day/night shifts in a live operational environment.

Essential Requirements - Required Role Experience: Line Maintenance experience on Dash 8 Q400 (Q-Series) or A220
- Maintenance Qualification / Licence: Licence (Unrestricted) + Q400 Type or A220
- Work Rights / Location: Must be in Australia or Sydney-based or able to relocate quickly
- Clearances / Tickets: ASIC, AOD, Valid Driver’s Licence
- Skills: Troubleshooting, defect rectification, documentation discipline, operational mindset
- Attitude: Positive, Proactive, Communicator, Team-Player, Follows Direction
