About the role | Mō te tūranga
Working closely with the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer and the GM People and Governance Services, our Group Coordinator provides high-quality administrative and coordination support across the Strategy & Growth and People & Culture functions. Your contribution enables leaders and teams to stay focused on priorities and deliver their best work.
You’ll provide thoughtful, proactive support across a broad range of activities, including:
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, travel and logistics for the two GMs and their teams
- Providing end-to-end meeting support — from agendas and papers to follow-ups and reminders
- Supporting financial administration such as expenses processing and budget tracking
- Preparing documents, presentations, dashboards and reports including assisting with leadership and board reporting
- Supporting people and culture with recruitment activities, interview logistics, onboarding and induction
- Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting HRIS, payroll and shared inbox administration
Your organisational skills, judgement and follow-through will make a meaningful difference to the way our teams operate.
About you | Mōhou ake Our Group Coordinator is someone who brings calm, confidence and care to their work. You enjoy anticipating what’s needed, keeping people connected, and creating order in a busy, professional environment. You’ll bring a professional, service-oriented mindset, along with:
- At least three years’ experience in senior administration, executive assistance or coordination roles
- Experience supporting multiple leaders or teams in a varied and professional environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information
- Experience with recruitment, HR or payroll processes is an advantage — curiosity and willingness to learn is essential
