The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager this role will lead the Research & Resources Delivery Team, directing project and program delivery across research, consultation, co-design and resource development.
This role combines people leadership, coordination of complex pieces of work and hands-on resource delivery; you will provide the project oversight that enables the team to deliver meaningful, high-quality work on time and within budget
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workflows, priorities and resource allocation across the team
- Monitor project risks, timelines and deliverables
- Provide coaching, support and professional development opportunities for team members
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support co-design and consultation activities involving the Autistic community and partner organisations - Ownership of key deliverables including research, resource development or training design (dependent on experience)
- Ensure community-facing resources and outputs are accessible, evidence-informed and aligned with Amaze's approach
About You
You are a collaborative and organised leader who thrives supporting people and delivering projects. You enjoy creating clarity where there are competing priorities, helping people work effectively together and ensuring good ideas become meaningful outcomes.
You will bring:
- Experience leading smaller teams and strong project management and workflow coordination skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and complex deliverables
- Experience in delivering research and/or resource projects
- The ability to build productive relationships across teams and organisations
- A commitment to inclusive, respectful and evidence-informed practice
You may come from community services, education, , consultancy/research, learning and development, or another purpose-driven environment.
Knowledge of autism, disability, neurodivergence or lived-experience-led practice is highly regarded, however all candidates with a genuine commitment to inclusive communication and community impact are encouraged to apply.
