Overview:

Coast & Country Primary Care seeks an experienced leader to join its Board as a Director, potentially transitioning to Chair in November. Ideal candidates will have board experience, a strategic mindset and commitment to governance.  Commercial experience highly regarded. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and governance oversight.
• Facilitate effective board meetings.
• Act as liaison between the Board, CEO, and stakeholders.
• Mentor the CEO and Board members.
• Ensure ethical standards and compliance.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous board experience, possibly as Chair
• Experienced with M&A, business development and growth.
• Strong governance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong ties to the Central Coast community.

Remuneration:

A small retainer is provided.
