About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a PSA Coordinator on day shift in Bacon Manufacture. This is a full time role on day shift working a 40 hours roster across 4 days from 5:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday to Thursday.

Knowledge & Experience:

• In-depth understanding of HACCP and Food Safety principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work efficiently, ensuring smooth operations on the production line.
• Previous machine operation experience is preferred; specific training will be provided as needed.

Personal Characteristics:

• Prior experience with SAP is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Consistent conformance to quality and safety standards.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with effective communication skills.
• Capable of managing own tasks with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
