About the Role:

We are seeking a Controls & Integrations Engineer to support and enhance the automation, controls and data systems at our Castlemaine site. This role plays a key part in maintaining critical control systems, driving reliability improvements, and delivering Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, support and improve site control systems, MES, SCADA, PLCs and data integrations
• Develop and deliver automation, controls and integration improvement initiatives across the site
• Monitor and optimise site servers, networks and system reliability
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Maintenance and Capital teams on projects and upgrades
• Investigate system issues, lead root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions

About You

• Degree qualified in Electrical, Controls or Automation Engineering (or related discipline)
• Proven experience delivering controls, automation and systems integration within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Strong hands-on capability across PLCs, SCADA, MES, servers, networks and data integration platforms
• Experience supporting and improving site-wide reliability, automation and digital shop floor systems
• Able to diagnose system issues, lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable preventative solutions
• Confident collaborator who can work across Maintenance, Operations, IT and Capital teams to deliver outcomes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with multiple competing priorities
