About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join our production team on day and afternoon shift. These are full-time positions offering stable, ongoing employment. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, responsible for supporting the production, packaging and quality control of our products.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting on the production line with packing and preparing products
- Operating equipment (full training provided)
- Working with raw and cooked meat products in a temperature-controlled environment
- Completing basic manual handling tasks, including lifting and repetitive movements
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

About You We’re looking for reliable team players who are ready to learn. To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Be committed to working safely at all times
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
- Be able to stand for long periods during your shift
- Be able to regularly lift items between 15–20kg
- Be comfortable working in chilled temperature rooms
- Be able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
You must be available for full-time hours and willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening. Full on-the-job training is provided.
To be eligible for this position, you must have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
