About the role:
We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner to partner with our business leaders, hiring managers and the broader people and performance team to ensure quality candidates are identified, targeted, and sourced into the recruitment pipeline in a timely and effective manner.
This role will focus on delivering end-to-end recruitment, proactive talent pipelining, and employment branding to attract values-aligned candidates that supports DON’s growth and transformation strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively create and develop partnerships with business leaders to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the businesses to deliver best talent in the organisation
- Building effective relationships with the People & Performance team and Hiring Managers
- Business partnering with leaders to source the best talent that aligns with the capabilities and culture of GWF/DON
- End to end management of a selection of roles, across Operations and Commercial functions
- Nurture relationships with prospective candidates and develop future pipelines
- Identify and attract the right talent with aligned our values and behaviours that will drive the business forward
- Contribute to the company’s growth strategy by developing organisational recruiting capability
- Be DON’s advocate in the employee market and drive DON employment branding strategy.
- Adopting a Continuous Improvement mindset, streamline and improve Talent Acquisition processes to create an impactful candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Act as a valued contributor and member of the HR Systems Implementation team.

About you: - HR or related discipline qualification required
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
- Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes
- Experience on mapping and sourcing candidate resumes from multiple sources
- Ability to provide insight and quickly identify a way forward when presented with issues
- Proven experience identifying and deploying process improvements
