About the Role
The Maintenance Spares - Store Person is responsible for the successful management and control of all store and maintenance spare parts and inventory activities within DON. This is a full-time Monday to Friday opportunity on day shift.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing all inwards and outgoing parts deliveries.
- Processing new stock change requests.
- Completing all stocked parts stock takes twice per year.
- Completing weekly consumable stock takes
- Communicating & collaborating with the maintenance teams around parts status.
- Following up with suppliers around parts information and repair status as required.
- Working as part of the stores and purchasing team and contributing to weekly toolbox discussions.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy store environment.
To be successful in this role you will need the following: - Manual driver’s licence
- Forklift licence (desirable, if you don't have one full training will be provided)
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Data entry attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills including a basic level of Microsoft Suites.
- Proficiency in the Mex maintenance software. (Training will be provided)
- Safe orientated approach to work.
