About the role:
We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support the Senior Brand Manager and Marketing Team in executing and driving the strategic direction of the DON brand.
The role will be responsible for the day to day management of non-Don branded pack design, digital activity and ROI analysis. It will be required to work collaboratively across the sales channels, Smallgoods Business Unit and externally with our customers & agency partners.
Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Brand Manager on implementation of brand, communication and digital strategies
- Assist in the development and execution of a clear and cohesive brand strategy
- Assist in the development and execution of Fresh and Value-Added brand architecture
- Manage the execution of digital activity on social media
- Manage the end-to-end process for packaging development
- Collaborate with external digital partners to track and optimize brand content across social media platforms, websites, and retailer sites.
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in measuring and analysing the ROI for Above-the-Line (ATL) media campaigns
- Provide actionable insights to refine ATL strategies and improve campaign effectiveness

About you: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
- 2-4 years experience in Brand Management in FMCG or related industry
- Experience in packaging design, digital marketing and brand strategy
- Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and ability to present findings in clear and concise manner
- Solid communication and presentation skills and ability to present across all business levels
- Strong business acumen
- Knowledge of packaging and product development- highly desirable
